Please, now think of a person who shows: passion, vision, delegation, intelligence, realism, listening, decisiveness, flexibility, and so on.
Come on guys, let's be real!
Not to mention who tries to sell and convince that there is a leader in you. You only need practice et voila' you wake up and say: I'm a leader!
Come on guys, don't buy it. It's a gyp.
My conclusion? Well, have you ever thought of that human beings are flawed? Oh yes!, good time then to start and see from a more realistic and human perspective what's going on in here :-)

But the Truth is that Leaders are everywhere around us. We are all leaders in some area of life. However, the leaders in real world who become famous for their leadership are simply measured by the rate of their success.
Can any training or study material or coaching create success in anyone life? If you can, there you go mate. You created a leader for today or near future.
From my perspective, success is a matter of time. If you already know the basics to become a leader and time starts to cooperate, then the support, cooperation and contribution you would need from anyone surrounding you (on whom your success is dependent on) comes to you. And this can land into the success. And there you go. You are now a leader from this moment. So there are two important factors that land one into successful leadership:
1) First, knowledge and wisdom that lets you act as a leader.
2) The right moment of time that lets you receive right support, cooperation and contribution from all on whom your success is dependent on.

We are all leaders in some area of life
I'd say potentially, the point here is 'how we got that awareness?'
What I think is that many are (intentionally or ingenuously) misled by the massive messages in the air :-)
Can any training or study material or coaching create success in anyone life?
A good coach should either tell you:
- you got potential. Let's pull it out and shape it. Or
- I can teach you by example. Imitate (or hit off :-) these leaders
It goes without saying that I'm very eager to find out the first type of people.
